Where are you from?
Moncton, New Brunswick.
Have you always been artistic?
Most of my life. Art has always been a part of who I am — my whole life feels like it's art. When I'm not tattooing, I love to paint.
What sparked your interest in tattooing?
It's been encouraged for me most of my adult life. I love being able to gift people my best — immortalizing their vision. There's something really special about that.
What do you like doing when you're not tattooing?
Reading, painting, and laughing with family and friends.
What style do you enjoy tattooing the most?
I love realism and abstract pieces. There's so much room for creativity and depth in both.
If you had a blank canvas and could tattoo anything — what would it be?
I'd love to create a spiritual black and grey realism sleeve with a pop of one single colour woven throughout the piece. That contrast of restraint and intention really speaks to me.
What's the weirdest tattoo you've ever done?
Ahh — can't put anyone on blast like that! 😄
How would you explain what a tattoo feels like to someone who's never had one?
I think it feels like a minor burn. Not as scary as people imagine.
What tattoo artist has influenced you the most in your career?
Being a self-taught artist, I'd say Pony Lawson taught me a lot online in my early career. His work was a huge reference point for me.
What's one thing you wish your clients knew about you?
You can't offend me — I will change your design 58 times if it better fits your vision. Your happiness with the end result is what matters most.
